§ Moved to resolve, That this House do approve of the appointment of Henry John Fanshawe Badeley, Esquire, as their Lordships' Clerk Assistant in the room of Sir Edward Hall Alderson, K.B.E., C.B., whom His Majesty has been pleased to appoint to the Office of Clerk of the Parliaments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
