Clause 2, page 3, line 38, after ("allocation") insert ("such maximum being fixed after taking into consideration and providing for the last ascertained consumption in that district of coal produced therein;")

The Commons disagree to the above Amendment for the following Reason:

Because it would be impracticable to fix the district allocation on such a basis.
