§ After Clause 57 insert the following clause:
§ Protection for ancient monuments.
§ (". Nothing in this Act shall be taken to authorise any person to execute any works or do anything in contravention of the provisions of the Ancient Monuments (Consolidation and Amendment) Act, 1913.")
