EARL DE LA WARR moved, as an Amendment to the Commons Amendment, after "and" to insert "county." The noble Earl said: My Lords, this is a small drafting Amendment to the Commons Amendment. The subsection would then read:—
As soon as any such scheme has been submitted to the Minister, the catchment board shall send copies thereof to the council of every county and county borough and county district.
