Clause 23, page 21, line 42 at end insert: ("(4) Any report made by or to the Minister as the result of an inquiry under this section shall not be used in evidence by or on behalf of any person by or against whom any legal proceedings are instituted in consequence of the accident to which the inquiry relates.")

My Lords, this subsection only enacts the existing law, but it was thought desirable to put it into the Bill. I beg to move that it be agreed to.
