THE EARL OF ONSLOWWe cannot do it until after to-morrow, because to-morrow we take the Second Reading of the Scottish Bill, and it is largely by what we hear concerning the Scottish Bill that we shall be guided in considering Amendments to this Bill. Therefore I hope the noble and learned Lord will consider postponing the next stage of the English Bill.
§ LORD PARMOORI will certainly consider the matter, but the noble Earl knows the difficulties at this stage of the Session.
