§ Moved, That a Committee be appointed to consider the Standing Orders of the House and the Rules of Debate.
§ That the following Lords, with the Lord President and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:

§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
- Milford Docks [H.L.],
- Brixham Gas and Electricity [H.L.],
- Clacton-on-Sea Pier [H.L.].
