LORD MUIR MACKENZIE moved, after Clause 34, to insert the following new clause:—

Accounts of omnibus undertaking.

The company shall keep the accounts in respect of their omnibus undertaking separate from their other accounts distinguishing therein capital from revenue.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, I beg to move the Amendment standing in my name, which is simply for the purpose of enabling separate accounts to be kept of the omnibus undertaking under the provisions of the Bill.

Amendment moved— Page 25, after Clause 34, insert the sail new clause.—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)
