HL Deb 06 February 1930 vol 76 c532
THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (LORD PARMOOR)

My Lords, in moving the adjournment of the House, I should like to say there is some doubt whether we ought to ask the House to assemble on Tuesday, but Motions and Questions might be put down before that day. I think we had better meet on Tuesday. I know of one Motion that could be considered on Tuesday, but of course it may only be a formal sitting. I say that in order that noble Lords should not put themselves to any inconvenience if the business is only of a formal character. I move that the House do now adjourn until Tuesday next.

Moved accordingly, and on Question, Motion agreed to.

House adjourned at six o'clock.
