§ Albert Edward Harry Meyer Archibald Earl of Midlothian, Viscount Mentmore of Mentmore, in the County of Buckingham, and Baron Epsom of Epsom, in the County of Surrey, D.S.O., M.C.,—Was (in the usual manner) introduced by virtue of a Patent dated the 3rd day of July, 1911, his father, the Right Honourable Archibald Philip Earl of Rosebery in that part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland called Scotland, K.G., K.T., who was created an Earl of the United Kingdom by the said Patent, never having taken his seat as Earl of Midlothian.
