§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, the first Amendment is to insert the word "found" in line 14 on page 1 so that the words in the proviso in Clause 1 will read "Provided that no person shall be found guilty," instead of "Provided that no person shall be guilty," and so on. I beg to move that this Amendment be agreed to.
