HL Deb 07 May 1929 vol 74 cc403-4
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, I am not moving to-day the Resolution which appears on the Order Paper with reference to Private and Provisional Order Confirmation Bills which are before the House when Parliament is prorogued. It is not that I do not intend to move a Resolution of this kind, but I think the actual wording of the Resolution requires a little further consideration. I will put it down for tomorrow and any Amendment which is to be made will appear on the Order Paper to-morrow.
