My Lords, I beg to move the Resolution which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with for this day's sitting, for the purpose of passing the Arbitration (Foreign Awards) Bill [H.L.], the Irish Free State (Confirmation of Agreement) Bill and the Unemployment Insurance Bill through their remaining stages.—(Lord Parmoor.)
