HL Deb 17 July 1929 vol 75 c122
THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (LORD PARMOOR)

My Lords, I desire to say that we shall propose to-morrow to suspend Standing Order No. XXXIX. Of course that will not now apply to the Arbitration (Foreign Awards) Bill as that Bill has gone over till next Tuesday. I give notice, however, that to-morrow I shall move that Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being suspended for that day's sitting for the purpose of passing the Government of India (Aden) Bill and the Land Drainage Bill through their remaining stages.

House adjourned at ten minutes past four o'clock.
