THE EARL OF AIRLIEMy Lords, my right hon. friend the Secretary of State for Scotland is giving instructions for the publication of a revised Memorandum explanatory of the provisions of the Local Government (Scotland) Bill, and this will be done as soon as the Report stage of the Bill has been completed in another place.
