§ (3) This Act (except so much thereof amends Part II of the Administration Justice Act, 1920) shall not apply Scotland.
§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD HAILSHAM) moved, in subsection (3), after "1920." to insert "or amends the Guardianship of Infants Acts, 1886 and 1925". The noble and learned Lord said: This is a slight drafting Amendment consequential on an alteration we made this week.
