My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Paper in my name, which follows upon a Motion to which your Lordships have already agreed.

Moved, That this House do concur in the following Resolution communicated by the Commons, namely: "That it is expedient that the Bill be referred to the Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament to be appointed for the consideration of the Dover Gas Bill [H.L.]."—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
