§ Message from the Commons: That they have passed the following Resolution, to which they desire their Lordships' concurrence: "That it is expedient that the London, Midland, and Scottish Railway (Road Transport, Scotland) Bill and the London and North Eastern Railway (Road Transport, Scotland) Bill shall be committed to a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons."
