Order of the Day for the House to be put into Committee read.

My Lords, I must apologise to your Lordships for putting this Bill down for Committee so soon after Second Reading, but apparently to-morrow would not have suited the arrangements of the House. I beg to move that the House do now resolve itself into Committee.
