My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion that stands on the Paper in his name.

Moved, That on Monday next and thereafter for the remainder of the Session, Standing Order XXI be suspended, and Government business have precedence over other Notices and Orders of the Day unless the Government agree to the contrary.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)
