§ LORD WRAXALLMy Lords, I will ask you to allow me to postpone the Motion on the Paper in my name for the consideration of the Report of the Amendment to this Bill, until Tuesday next. Unfortunately I had to attend a funeral last Monday, and I was not present at the Committee stage, when it appears that an Amendment was put in. There is some doubt whether the Amendment is necessary or not, and I would like to have an opportunity of communicating with the Home Office. Therefore, with your permission, I will ask leave to postpone this matter until Tuesday next.
