My Lords, in the absence of my noble friend Lord Peel, I beg to move the Motion which stands in his name on the Paper.

Moved, That the Order made on the 22nd day of March last, "That no Provisional Order Confirmation Bill brought from the House of Commons shall be read a second time after Tuesday the 26th of June next," be dispensed with, and that the Bills be now read 2a.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)
