His Majesty's Answer to the Address of Tuesday last reported by the EARL OF CROMER as follows:— I have received your Address praying that, in pursuance of Section 11 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act, 1925, two Judges may be appointed to the High Court of Justice to fall vacancies in the King's Bench Division thereof, and I will issue directions in accordance with your desire.
