His Royal Highness Prince Henry William Frederick Albert, K.G., G.C.V.O., having been created Baron Culloden, Earl of Ulster and Duke of Gloucester, was introduced between His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and His Grace the Duke of Sutherland (the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, the Garter King of Arms, the Deputy Earl Marshal and the Deputy Lord Great Chamberlain attending), and was placed in a Chair on the left hand of the Throne.
