My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the Order made on the 24th of March last, "That this House will not receive any Petition for a Private Bill later than Tuesday the 3rd of May next," be dispensed with, and that leave be given to Ralph Frederic Bury to present a Petition for leave to introduce a Bill "to vary the trusts powers and provisions of two several settlements, both dated the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and executed on the marriage of Ralph Frederick Bury and Violet Esmé Bentley."—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)

On Question, Motion agreed to: the said Petition, together with a copy of the proposed Bill annexed thereto, read and referred to two Judges of the High Court of Justice of England.
