My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Paper.

Moved, That in the event of a Message being received from the Commons that they have passed the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill, Standing Order No. XXXIX be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of passing the Bill through all its stages.—[The Marquess of Salisbury.]
