My Lords, in accordance with the Notice which I gave, I think with the general consent of the House, on Thursday, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI. be considered in order to its being dispensed with to allow the Third Reading of the Trade Disputes and Trade Unions Bill to have precedence of the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
