THE DUKE OF MONTROSEMy Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Temperance (Scotland) Act, 1913, by conferring on the electors in areas where a no-licence resolution is in force, a power of placing the control of the sale and supply of excisable liquors in the hands of a Board of Trustees; to provide for the constitution and powers of such Board; and for other incidental and consequential purposes; and to move that it be now read a first time.
