§ LORD MUIR MACKENZIEMy Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands 76 on the Paper in my name. It is in common form and is so moved in various Sessions. I think that the work done by the Committee on Consolidation Bills has been recognised to be of great value.
§ Moved to resolve, That it is desirable that all Consolidation Bills in the present Session be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)
