§ The Commons agree to this Amendment and, as a consequential Amendment, add ("except that in relation to proceedings before the High Court it means prescribed by rules of the Supreme Court").
§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I move that this House doth agree with 1277 the Commons in the said Amendment. This clause, the Interpretation Clause, status that the expression "prescribed" means "prescribed by County Court Rules"; to which the Commons desire to add, "except that in relation to proceedings before the High Court it means prescribed by rules of the Supreme Court."
