§ Report from, that the standing orders not complied with in respect of the petition for the
ought to be dispensed with and leave given to introduce the Bill, provided that the following provisions shall have been struck out from the Bill:—- 1."The grant to the Council of the Corporation of the Hall of Arts and Sciences of the right to determine the amount of the seat rate in respect of seats in the Royal Albert Hall.
- 2."The imposition upon holders of seats who have compounded for seat rates under the Royal Albert Hall Act, 1876, of the liability to future seat rates."
