My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. XXXIX. be suspended in order that the Consolidated Fund (No. 1) Bill may be passed through all its stages today

§ Moved, That Standing Order No. XXXIX. be considered in order to its being dispensed with for he purpose of passing the Consolidated Fund (No. 1) Bill through all its stages.— (The Earl of Plymouth.)
