A Petition of Messrs. Torr, Durnford and Company, of 2, Millbank House, Westminster, Parliamentary Agents, praying for leave to present a Petition of the National Federation of Launderers, Limited, praying to be heard by counsel against the Bill, although the time limited by Standing Order No. 92 for presenting such Petition has expired, was read last Thursday and ordered to lie on the Table, and Standing Order No. 92 to be considered to-day in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Petition.

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Paper. This is in accordance with an agreement between the parties.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 92 be considered in order to its being dispensed with, with respect to a Petition of the National Federation of Launderers, Limited.—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
