THE EAEL OF LUCANMy Lords, this Bill, like the three following Bills, is a Bill to give effect to a scheme for the administration of a charity which has been re-organised by the Charity Commissioners. The Bill is entirely uncontroversial, and I will not trouble your Lordships with any details about it, but if any noble Lord wishes for any further information I can give it to him. I beg to move.
