My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to confirm a Provisional Order under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, relating to the Church of Scotland Ministers and Scottish University Professors Widows Fund (Amendment), and to move that it be now read a first time.
