My Lords, I beg to move, the Resolution standing in my name on the Paper. Your Lordships will observe that this is merely an ordinary consequence, which has been several times repeated, of the Address which I moved yesterday. I hope your Lordships will agree to it.

Moved, That the Regulations made by His Majesty in Council under the Emer- gency Powers Acts, 1920, by order dated the 28th day of June last, shall continue in force, subject, however, to the provisions of Section 2 (4) of the said Act.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
