My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of a Select Committee to deal with the question of the erection of the Peers' War Memorial.

§ Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to make the necessary arrangements for the erection of the Peers' War Memorial, and to deal generally with matters relating thereto; and that the following Lords, with the Lord Privy Seal and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee—

M. Lansdowne,
M. Lincolnshire,
E. Beauchamp,
E. Oxford and Asquith,
V. Peel,
L. Wigan (E. Crawford),
L. Desborough,
L. Arnold.
