§ CLAUSE 2.—Definition.
§ (2) In the application of this section to Scotland "county borough" has the same meaning as in the Blind Persons Act, 1920.
§ THE PAYMASTER-GENERAL (THE DUKE OF SUTHERLAND) moved to insert at the end of subsection (2): "and the expenses incurred by a county or town council under this Act shall be defrayed in like manner as expenses under the said Act." The noble Duke said: My Lords, this is a purely drafting Amendment. The noble Earl, Lord Crawford, has already approved of it, and I beg to move.
