Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

ought to be dispensed with, and the Bill allowed to proceed, on condition that the powers for the construction of Tramways Nos. I and 1A shall be struck out of the Bill in Committee unless at that stage the Promoters shall prove that they have obtained the consents of local and road authorities under Standing Order 22:

And that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for additional provision in the

ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to the Committee on the Bill to insert the additional provision:

Read, and agreed to.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

And also the Certificate that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
