VISCOUNT GAGE moved a number of Amendments to the Bill. The noble Viscount said: This Bill, originally, concerned two Provisional Orders, one of which, that connected with Lyme Regis, it is now desired to withdraw. The Amendments that I have to propose are chiefly drafting Amendments consequent upon that withdrawal, with which the Minister is perfectly satisfied, and with your Lordships' permission I would suggest that they be taken together.
