HL Deb 26 May 1925 vol 61 c521

Order of the Day for the Second Reading read.

LORD DESBOROUGH

My Lords, I beg to move the Second Reading of this Bill. It is entirely non-controversial and so perhaps it is not necessary for me to occupy the time of the House with its details. I will, however, explain its provisions if any noble Lord wishes me to do so.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 2a.—(Lord Desborough.)

On Question, Bill read 2a, and committed.
