HL Deb 10 February 1925 vol 60 c192
VISCOUNT HALDANE

My Lord, can the noble Marquess tell us anything about the course of business?

THE MARQUESS CURZON OF KEDLES-TON

My Lords, there is not much to say about business at the present moment. There is a Motion on the Paper for tomorrow, which, of course, your Lordships will meet in order to take. At present there is nothing down for Thursday, and unless anything appears to-morrow on the Paper for Thursday I will propose at the close of to-morrow's sitting, an adjournment till Tuesday next, for which day an item appears on the Paper. I think that will be in accordance with the convenience of your Lordships, and with the general practice.

House adjourned at five minutes past five o'clock.
