§ "181A. Where a Bill is promoted which relates wholly or partially to Northern 1649 Ireland, these Orders shall apply to that Bill subject to such adaptations and modifications as may be prescribed by general or special directions of the Lord Chairman, or of the Standing Orders Committee in cases where the Lord Chairman thinks fit to refer the matter to that Committee.
§ "Nothing in this Order shall be taken as implying any extension of the cases in which Bills relating to Northern Ireland may properly be promoted in the British Parliament").
