HL Deb 07 October 1924 vol 59 c539
THE MARQUESS CURZON OF KEDLESTON:

My Lords, I desire to ask the noble and learned Viscount on the Woolsack whether he has any information to give to the House in regard to the course of business?

THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT HALDANE):

My Lords, I understand that a number of your Lordships desire to take part in the debate on the Irish Free State (Confirmation of Agreement) Bill and, therefore, it is proposed that the House should meet to-morrow at three o'clock, if that will suit the noble Marquess. We could meet earlier if it is the wish of your Lordships.

THE MARQUESS CURZON OF KEDLESTON:

That means, I take it, three o'clock prayers?

THE LORD CHANCELLOR:

Yes.
