My Lords, I beg to move that the Gas Orders specified on the Paper be approved.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Birstall Urban District Council, which was presented on the 8th April, and published, be approved.—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, aldermen and burgesses of the Borough of Mansfield, which was presented on the 8th April, and published, be approved subject to the omission of the word "section" in line 4 of paragraph (1) of clause 31, and the insertion in place thereof, of the words "sections 4 and."—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the, Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Marple Urban District Council, which was presented on the 15th January, and published, be approved, subject to the following modification:—
