THE LORD CHANCELLOR moved, in the reference to the Offences against the Person Act, 1861, to leave out "in Section fifty-seven the words ' England or,' "and to insert" in Section forty-three the words from ' and if the justices ' to the end of the section, and in Section fifty-seven the words ' England or ' where they secondly occur." The noble Viscount said: This, again, is consequential.
