My Lords, I beg to move that the leave of the House be given to my consent to postpone till after the adjourned debate on the naval base at Singapore, to-day, the Notice standing in my name, which arises out of a debate which took place in this House on March 5. It has been brought to my notice that it would be for the general convenience of the House if this were done.
