Message from the Commons acquainting the House with, and desiring concurrence in, the Resolution passed by them on Thursday last as follows:—
That it is expedient that a Select Committee of this House be appointed to join with a Committee of the Lords to consider the desirability of altering the customary period of the Parliamentary Session and the incidental changes necessary thereto.
