My Lords, I do not put down any further Amendment In this Bill. As your Lordships remember, we had a rather heated controversy over a certain proposal relating to aliens, which some of us thought infringed existing Treaties. I propose simply to let the Bill go through in the form in which your Lordships amended it, and then we shall see what view is taken in another place.
