My Lords, I beg to inform your Lordships that the Second Reading of this Bill has been postponed.

My Lords, I hope that the Second Reading of this Bill will not be taken on Monday, which is a rather inconvenient day. If it could be taken another day I think it would be for the general convenience of your Lordships.
